At Stuyvesant High School, there lays an iconic installation of over 400 glass cubes spanning from the basement to the rooftop. Each block contains unique relics—snapshots of the geographical, cultural, and social worlds from antiquity to present day. Since 1992, this collaborative artwork by Kristin Jones and Andrew Ginzel has invited students, alumni, and visitors to experience and contribute to the growing collection, capturing cherished moments in Stuyvesant’s evolving journey.
