App Store Description

Try to avoid diabetes type2. Check your sugar consumption, your blood glucose, insulin delivery, weight, active calories burned and waist circumference.
Intermittent fasting: keep track WHEN you eat and what. What happens to your blood glucose, your weight and your health?

SweetHealth helps you with graphs to distribute the glycemic load of your food evenly over the day. When you enter wat you ate, with the glycemic index, SweetHealth will calculate the glycemic load.
SweetHealth reads your sleep information, active calories, insulin delivery(iOS 11.0), waist circumference(iOS 11.0), weight, and blood glucose from the HealthApp.
Graphs on your iPhone and .csv files in your mail will show all information.
Import .csv files with nutritional values into SweetHealth. Send your own file with nutritional values to another SweetHealth user.

Try to avoid diabetes type2. Check your sugar consumption, your blood glucose, insulin delivery, weight, active calories burned and waist circumference.Glycemic index and load are always estimations, becaus there are many factors that influence the GI and GL of a product.
A few examples are:
-the method of preparation (boiled of fried)
-the duration of the preparation
-the temperature of the preparation
-for fruits is degree of maturation of influence
-what is already in the stomach
-the velocity of the digestive system
-the compostion of a meal

In SweetHealth all these factors are unknown, which means the GI and calculated glycemic load are alway estimations and never absolute values.

SweetHealth does not give nutritional or medical advice!!

GI values can be found on the internet. These values can vary on different sites, because scientists do not completely agree on calculations and definitions.
