Possibly the most popular biofeedback mini-game ever, this special edition of the Breathing Tree allows you to customize your breath cycle and finely tailor your difficulty setting. The gradual building of the bridge is a metaphor for growth and transformation, and brings smiles to all who play.
The original "Relax to Win" mini-game. As you allow yourself to settle into a relaxed state, the arms will begin to part, the orb will begin to drop, and the Passageway doors will open and invite you to experience the hidden secrets locked within.
Relax, invite the rain, and enjoy a summer rain shower. As the rain falls, it symbolizes washing away anything bothering you, or disturbing your peaceful state of mind.
Use the seed pods as a breathing cue, and your coherence will cause the Golden Horn to bellow, expelling any stress or tension you may be feeling.
The only way to welcome the rabbit to join you in the courtyard and enjoy a pear is to be still, quiet, and in the present moment. He is shy, timid, and easily spooked, so try your best and see if you can coax him out.
Breathe in-sync with the bellows, and take the chill off the air. As your coherence improves, crackling flames will fill the hearth, and fill your heart with joy and gratitude.
"One of the most important tools you can incorporate into your life, to affect not only the longevity of your life, but the quality of your life, is a deeper, slower, breathing practice. The exercises in Wild Divine do just that."

"Meditation, along with biofeedback, is a perfect tool to help you to return to your natural, healthy state of balance & wholeness."
