Based on the ancient art of bibliomancy, the Gayan app works by setting aside liner thinking and searching for inspiration, clues and signs by randomly opening a page from a sacred book.

The Gayan App is based on the sayings of Hazrat Inayat Khan, a classical Indian musician, poet and a sage who brought the universal message of Love, Harmony and Beauty to the West at the turn of the 20th century. It was his practice to carry a little notebook with him and inscribe the sayings when inspiration came to him. He organized the sayings based on moods and categories drawn from classical Indian music.

Hazrat Inayat Khan believed that all the answers we are looking for are contained within the depth of ourselves. By clearing our mind and asking the Gayan we are bringing to the surface that which we already have inside our hearts.
