HOW TO SLEEP WELL

The Sleep is a brain wave sleep program developed by Neuro Synth.
The Sleep plays both sleep music and connectional tones simultaneously.

Connectional tone is a new form of brain wave sound that connects to sleep music. This creates a single-piece like sleep music.
Sleep music includes white noise + ASMR for stability. It can be used for short naps, meditation, and deep sleep. It can also be used to set a timer.

Smartphones speakers can’t play all sound waves. You must play it through earphones, headphones, speakers to ensure correct listening.

Recommended use time is longer than 10 minutes and please refrain from listening to excessive volume.
