What is it about?

This application indicates, in real time with colour-coded icons, the occupancy trend of the emergency centres located in Lausanne for non-vital emergency cases involving adults. The icon colour will be green if the expected occupancy, compared to the average rate, is "low". This indicator does not guarantee that care will be provided immediately, but the process will be faster than in other centres where the occupancy is indicated as "moderate" (yellow) or "high" (red).

App Store Description

This application indicates, in real time with colour-coded icons, the occupancy trend of the emergency centres located in Lausanne for non-vital emergency cases involving adults. The icon colour will be green if the expected occupancy, compared to the average rate, is "low". This indicator does not guarantee that care will be provided immediately, but the process will be faster than in other centres where the occupancy is indicated as "moderate" (yellow) or "high" (red).

The distance between where you are and each centre and the time it will take for you to get there are indicated together with the centre opening hours and other site-specific information.

This application - supported by the Public Health Department of the Canton of Vaud - reminds you to first call your family doctor. If there is no answer, call the Central Switchboard for On-call Doctors, available 24/24, at phone number 0848 133 133. They will give you some first advice. For life-threatening emergencies, call 144.
