App Store Description

The Veterinary CRI application is a practical and straightforward calculator useful for managing CRIs on dogs and cats in everyday clinical situations. This application can be a valuable tool for veterinarians and veterinary technicians working in the very engaged and stressful field of small animal general and critical care practice, or in shelter settings.

The Veterinary CRI app was designed to provide quick and reliable calculations for either single CRI protocols or combination CRI protocols. Instead of providing the user with a pre-programmed list of medications and dosages they might not agree with, this app gives them the complete freedom to manually create and assign your own CRI medications, with their choice of concentration, dosage, units, and rate (the user will be required to set up their own medications MANUALLY).

Results generated by the Veterinary CRI application are to be used as a resource - the output information should never be a substitute for clinical judgment! All data generated by this application should be verified using multiple references.

The Veterinary Sedations app is conveniently divided into two sections, feline and canine, which both have their own calculators and lists of medications. This simple, easily-navigatable design helps the user do their work without getting lost in the UI and easily distinguish between the two species.

The calculator has many unique and practical features and is quite simple in use. It will let you...
- Create and save patient information logs,
- Review and update your patient’s records/calculations later if needed,
- Keep all your patient data organized,
- Search for your patient by name or date,
- Automatically convert pounds to kilograms for correct calculations,
- Send text messages with patient information, calculation results, and updates to technicians before procedures,
- Create either single CRI or combination CRI protocols,
- Create medications manually with your own choice of concentration, dosage, units, and rate,
- Save your medications separately for each species with an image of the label for quick identification,
- Assign one or multiple medications from your list,
- Choose your own concentrations, dosages, units, and rates
- Automatically calculate a CRI plan,

This app was created with the hope to provide practical, quick and reliable help to veterinary professionals in fast-paced environments where there is often no time for manual calculations and scouring through multiple books or more complex apps.

Programmed and designed by George Berdovskiy.
