Welcome to Video Scheduler! “Scheduler” is optimized for all Apple iOS devices and allows for the easy construction of picture and video schedules. Users can also organize video modeling content (and turn off schedule functions such as "done" by turning this mode "on"). After creating, share your schedules/modeling for FREE with other users.

Scheduler was created by the same educational developers who brought you “Stories2Learn” which is consistently noted among the top 10 applications for individuals with autism. This team is comprised of a school psychologist, special education teacher, and other specialists within the field. This includes members that are recognized across the world as experts in the field of using mobile devices with individuals with special needs.

Scheduler offers a variety of features in an easy to use interface allowing maximum customization. These features include various orientation locks, which prevent students from engaging in stimulatory behaviors with the video. Users can also select from three video and picture sizes. There’s also a pass code function, which can be applied to prevent users from skipping around to preferred aspects of their schedule.

The application has been optimized for the iPad (iPad 2, new iPad) and iOS 5. As many individuals with special needs will rotate the screen for stimulatory behaviors, the schedules are initially set to portrait mode. This can easily be changed by going into the settings and using the landscape function.

Please note: Video Scheduler works with all iOS devices; however the video component only works with iOS devices that have a built in camera. If you are operating an iPod touch without a camera or the iPad 1, the application is useful as a picture schedule although video features are not available at this time.
