Virfon App

With the Virfon App, you can have a local phone number from one of more than 60 cities around the world (restrictions apply).

Once the Virfon App is installed, you will receive a PASSWORD via Text Messaging, to activate the App.

If the Virfon App is installed after registering with one of our plans available on virfon.com, the number/numbers you were assigned will automatically be attached to the App.
In contrast, if you just install the Virfon App without previously selecting a plan, you will have a $1 balance to make calls to destinations (See home.virfon.com/destinos for locations).

The Virfon App gives you the ability to add telephone numbers from more than 60 cities around the world, so you can receive and make calls, without paying long distance rates, using the App. For assistance, just dial *611 from your App and ask our representatives about available plans, cities and prices.

Some of the cities that are covered by our Plans (home.virfon.com) are: USA, Canada, Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Manizales, Pereira, Armenia, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Caracas, Maracaibo, Valencia and Barquisimeto.

Once the Virfon App is installed, and the service activated you will be able to make and receive unlimited calls from your selected city/cities. How? When your phone is connected to a WiFi*, 3G* or 4G* data network, dial the local number of the person you are calling in your selected city, using the E164 International Dialing Standard (Country Code, City Code and telephone number), i.e. to call Miami in the US dial (1 305 XXX-XXXX) No matter where you are, with the Virfon App you are actually dialing as a local caller. And best of all, you can receive unlimited calls from business partners, family and friends, with out them having to dial a long a distance number. Again: all calls are local calls to/from your selected city.
