Using this information-protected application, any registered South Dakota voter now has the ability to discover where they may vote, what is on their ballot, and any additional voter registration and election information pertaining to the user.

The user may find all of their data by keying in their specific information. Searching by an exact voter produces the most specific information, whereas searching by an address provides information about polling location, district, and precinct for the person residing at that location.

The Information contained in this application is encrypted. Information considered private (SS number, full date of birth, etc.) is not available through the application. A voter record is not linked in an address record and the address records are not linked to voters in order to further protect information about registrants.
