W-IPS

The W-IPS app is an educational tool which has been developed to teach cardiac imaging and physiology like IVUS, OCT, CT, FFR and PCI. The goal is to make its techniques accessible to medical teams around the world.

The application will teach the principles of imaging, techniques of making and understanding images relating to IVUS, OCT, CT and FFR. After an in-depth study of the cases and the different imaging methods, users will be able to test their knowledge through quizzes. They will also be able to work directly on images using our interactive tool (PCI).

The application has been developed by K-IMAGING (Cardiovascular Interventional Imaging Forum Korea), an annual international conference on imaging modalities in cardiovascular care.

It provides the opportunity to review basic knowledge about data acquisition and the results of interpreting cardiovascular imaging modalities, through live cases and specialist lectures. And to go further, renowned researchers from around the world will discuss possible improvements in our use of advanced imaging techniques.

The application is an essential tool to continue to teach advanced imaging techniques while making them accessible to medical teams around the world.
