Do HIIT workouts with our app. 150 unique exercises and hundreds of different workouts are available for you at any time. It works offline too.

Every month we publish new awards. Earn and collect new achievements.

If you are active enough, you have a good chance of winning real prizes such as iPhone or AirPods.

Track your visual progress with our app: add your weight and Before and After pictures.

Graphs are available for each category. You can view the average over the period and visually identify the trend.

In our app, you can compete with your friends or other walkers. Who will take more steps in one day?

Share your steps, distance, or activity on Instagram. Place your results on any image or video.

With New Widgets, you are always up to date on how active you are, how many steps you took or when you did your last workout, how much water did you drink, and how many calories you've eaten today.

The nutrition calculator will help you to know your nutrition needs depending on your parameters. Set your nutrition and follow your progress.
Close activity rings, even if you don't have an Apple Watch!

After installing the App, we will ask you to grant access to the statistics of your steps, workouts, activity, sleep, and nutrition from the Health App and Motion & Fitness.

The App supports an iPhone and iPod Touch from iOS 11.
Both light and dark modes are supported from iOS 13.

We use iCloud to sync data.
