WaltzIn - Trust the Chef

Do you have an "in" with a world class chef? Have you ever wondered what it's like to eat like a restaurant industry insider?

WaltzIn has partnered with some of the best chefs in the industry to create a new way to experience their restaurants. When you WaltzIn, we ask your party to “trust the chef” and instead of building your own meal from the menu, you give them full control and creative license over your meal. We ask the chef to “style out” WaltzIn parties with the meal they would serve their friends and encourage them to improvise around your preferences and the season.

The result is a fully customized omakase experience only available to a few lucky people a night. Every detail is taken care of by the hospitality staff. You are left to enjoy the ambiance, each other’s company and plate after plate of delicious food.

How do we make this happen? WaltzIn helps a select group of chefs sell tickets to what they consider to be the best way to experience their restaurant. These tickets cover your entire meal - including dessert, tax and tip. WaltzIn is completely free for diners. At the end of the meal, you pay for drinks and then waltz out.
