Rob Fedele is a personal trainer with over 3000 hours of one-to-one coaching experience. Dawn Rodgers started out as a client of Rob’s, and her incredible weight loss transformation results inspired them to team up and design a home exercise programme alongside daily support and nutritional advice to help women lose weight, tone up and get fit.

Using just your own body weight, you will follow a program designed to strengthen your body and increase lean muscle mass. This app programme is formulated to lose belly fat, tone your legs and arms, firming your bum and shifting that stubborn belly fat.

Start with the Beginner Workout to get you started towards your dream body and kick start your journey towards a leaner, fitter, healthier you. Then move on to the Intermediate and Advanced programmes with full body workouts designed to continue your muscle toning, weight loss and fat burning results.

Take control of your health, your fitness, and your goals and in doing so discover the woman you have always wanted to be. You will be well on your way to a sexier body in no time.

Through the app, Rob will show you an in depth demonstration of how to perform each exercise properly for maximum results. You will then follow the workout videos alongside Rob in real time, while he continues to provide exercise cues with tips and encouragement to ensure you are achieving the results you really deserve.
