'人狼'は人の姿に化け、夜な夜な人を喰い殺す。
今まで、この伝説は迷信と言われていた。しかし、最近、島内から人の仕業と思えぬ、殺され方をした死体が次々と発見される。人狼伝説は本当であった。
島民たちは、平和な生活を取り戻すため、人に化けた'人狼'を探し出すことを決意した。
命を賭けた探りあいが、今、始まる！
