Zomool ships products from the merchant service provider's warehouses in separate areas; To facilitate and speed up shipping procedures and reduce delivery time. 1. Know your order number and email address
You will receive the order number once you submit your order in the Zomool store. We will send the order number to you via email and also in an SMS. This number starts with SA. You will also need your email address registered with us while placing your order.
Once you complete the required information, click Track to get the status of your order and the shipment track.

2. Tracking number
This is the second option that you can use to track your order, if you do not have your order ID or email but you do have the shipment tracking number, you will also be able to track your order to know the current status. Just add your tracking number and press Track to get the status of your order and shipping path.

Most of our orders are shipped via a selected delivery company such as DHL, SMSA, Aramex, and Esnad. The shipping company is selected through the Zomool operations team based on the type of product, the location of the product warehouse, as well as the address of a customer’s destination; To allow us to choose the best shipping solution and fastest way.
