Gamevil's very artistic Vanquish: The Oath of Brothers has entered the App Store. It's the third action RPG that Gamevil has crafted for the iPhone and iPod touch, and they won't be stopping there either, as Zenonia 2 should be hitting the App Store next month. You iPhone RPG fans better start warming up your thumbs, because there are hours of enemy slaying and leveling up in your future. Vanquish: The Oath of Brothers features a winding story based on the Three Kingdoms era, one of the bloodiest periods in Chinese history. In the game you will be able to choose from three different characters and saddle up on your horse to hack and slash your way through huge amounts of enemies. Since this is an RPG, you will be able to upgrade your skills and powers to unleash more powerful attacks. The game also feature 25 achievement items to collect and individual stage leader boards. The biggest selling point for the game probably isn't even its gameplay, although many hack and slash RPG fans will certainly appreciate it, it's its graphics. Vanquish: The Oath of Brothers features a unique artstyle known as ink and wash painting which gives the game a sort of freshly painted canvas feel. Vanquish: The Oath of Brothers is now available in the App Store for $2.99. Embedded below is a gameplay video for Vanquish: The Oath of Brothers by Gamevil.
