Apple May Be Hit With Lawsuit

June 29, 2010

Apple's possible iPhone 4 reception problem has generated a legal investigation. The law firm of Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff is seeking plaintiffs for a possible class action lawsuit.

According to the firm's website:
"If you recently purchased the new iPhone and have experienced poor reception quality, dropped calls and weak signals, we would like to hear from you."
For good measure, they've included a toll-free number and "live chat" area. Apple has not commented on this possible lawsuit, but Steve Jobs has made it clear that there are no reception problems at all with the iPhone 4. Some iPhone 4 users have seen a loss of reception, depending on how they hold the handset. KCR is based in Sacramento, California and are personal injury attorneys.
