It might not be as bad as the “Dewey Beats Truman” headline from 1948, but today’s article from London came close. Citing a tweet from the fake Steve Jobs on Twitter, the Daily Mail’s Richard Ashmore told readers Sunday the iPhone 4 may be recalled.

The real Steve Jobs likes to reply personally to fan emails, so posting a message on Twitter wouldn't be a surprise for the real Apple CEO. Still, when the fake Steve Jobs explains clearly on his Twitter page that he is not real it makes you wonder who is checking sources at the Daily Mail.
