CES: Introducing The Scosche PRO App Which Offers Customer Service In The Cloud

The folks at RadishSystems.com are showing off their new Scosche PRO app at the Consumer Electronics Show. The app offers customer service in the cloud. The Scosche PRO App with ChoiceView allows callers to talk on a smart phone with Scosche, a ChoiceView-enabled business, while seeing visual information delivered, either from a Scosche representative or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Automotive electronics and accessories installers will be able to connect with live voice and visual technical assistance during the install process. The app looks pretty interesting and adds a new level of ease to those offering technical assistance for their products. The app will be arriving in the App Store soon.
