iPhone And iPad Apps Gone Free: Daring Raccoon, Chainr, Lazors, And More

Today's AGF list includes a retro-themed platform game, an app that allows you to create streams of content that can be played back in slideshow form, a puzzle game with lots of lasers, and more.

All app prices are subject to change at any time and without notice regardless of stated free duration. Price changes are solely under the control of the developers.

iPhone:

Brutal Fantasy - The Orcs of Undermountain ($1.99 -> Free): Control the last "Knight of the Blue Guard" as he tries to protect his land from the orc uprising in this side-scrolling beat 'em up. The game features tons of unique weapons that can be purchased from the in-game store, the ability to upgrade your character stats, 20 levels, seven spells, and Game Center integration.

Brutal Fantasy - The Orcs of Undermountain is available for free today only (01/23). It has a four-star rating and a total of 11 ratings.

Daring Raccoon ($.99 -> Free): Daring Raccoon must make his way through the maze of platforms and ladders in order to collect his treasure, but you must help him avoid pins, bugs, and other creatures by properly timing your jumps and movements. The game features 60 levels, a level builder, and OpenFeint integration.

Daring Raccoon is available for free today only (01/23). It has a four-and-a-half-star rating and a total of 10 ratings.

Torvo's World ($.99 -> Free): Torvo the little dinosaur has a big journey ahead of him, and you must help him overcome large obstacles and defeat his enemies in this side-scrolling platformer. The game features 3D environments and characters, on-screen controls, and a variety of power-ups.

Torvo's World is available for free today only (01/23). It has a three-and-a-half-star rating and a total of 12 ratings.

Chainr ($2.99 -> Free): Chainr allows you to create streams of content in order to provide instructions, tell a story, display a solution to a problem, or just capture everyday events. You can use text, audio, video, images, and your location to tell your story and play it back in slideshow form. The slideshow can be reversed if need be, and you can share it with other Chainr users via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Chainr is available for free for a limited time. It has a three-star rating and a total of five ratings.

Lazors ($.99 -> Free): Move a limited number of blocks around the 70 increasingly more challenging levels in order to reflect the laser beams into the targets. The game features OpenFeint integration.
