Apple Updates iTunes To 10.2.1

March 9, 2011
Apple has rolled out a minor update to iTunes. The new version (10.2.1) carries the same release notes as the previous version of iTunes, which became available to download at the beginning of the month. The last version of iTunes (10.2) brought support for iOS 4.3, and also improved Home Sharing. While this latest update carries the same release notes (and lists no bug fixes), it is likely Apple is tweaking the application ahead of the immediate release of iOS 4.3. Yesterday, we told you that many of us are expecting iOS 4.3 to launch today (March 9), at 10AM PST. The software update brings a variety of exciting, new features - most notably, Personal Hotspot, iTunes Home Sharing, and AirPlay expansion. Nobody is exactly sure when iOS 4.3 will launch, but it's undoubtedly coming very soon. Keep your eyes on AppAdvice, because we'll be posting as soon as the software update becomes available.
