Apple's Remote App Updated, Adds Connection Improvements

Apple's universal Remote application for iOS has recently been updated. In the latest version of the app (version 2.1.1) a variety of performance improvements have been made, and a "skip back" button has been added for when users are playing video. As noted in the application's release notes, users of the Remote app can now take advantage of connection improvements. Furthermore, "stability and performance improvements" have also been made to the application. And now, when playing video, Apple has added a "skip back" button to the app, which users will undoubtedly find useful. If you often use iTunes on your computer, Remote is a great way to control the music you want to hear while you're moving around the room. As long as your computer and iDevice are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, users can control their iTunes library from their iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
