Gamedoctors Will Be Bringing ZombieSmash Fans To Camp Nowhere This April

March 9, 2011
Gamedoctors' hit castle defense game, ZombieSmash, will be receiving a massive update this April, bringing fans to Camp Nowhere and doubling the amount of content found in the original version.
“Although Camp Nowhere is technically an update to ZombieSmash, calling it one doesn’t really capture the scale of the new content… we prefer to think of it as a completely free sequel which we’ve put months of work into, ” said Dr. Matthias Höchsmann, co-founder of Gamedoctors. “Our fans have been incredibly supportive over the past year, and this is our way of saying ‘thank you.’ Can’t wait to see what you all think of the new campaign!”
The update will add a full-fledged second campaign to the game and will feature 30 new days to survive the onslaught of zombies. It will also include a bunch of new zombie types to do away with, including exploding, dynamite-strapped, and super strong zombies that almost always keep their feet. Since there will be new zombies to destroy, Gamedoctors figured you would need new special abilities as well, like fireworks that launch zombies into the air and a gruesome inflation power that makes zombie heads pop like balloons. In addition to all of the zombie goodness, the update will add Retina Graphics, Game Center support for the iPhone version, Twitter connectivity, an expanded soundtrack, and in-app purchase items that will give you an advantage over those mindless creatures. ZombieSmash for iPhone is available in the App Store for $1.99 while the iPad version is available for $3.99. The Camp Nowhere update will be available for free to all ZombieSmash players in April.
