iEditor - All in One ($1.99) is a recently released iOS app that allows users to run code on their iOS device.
As outlined in the app's release notes, iEditor supports over 50 programming languages - all of which feature a "Hello World" prebuilt program that users can view and edit (see below for a complete list of languages).
Furthermore, because iEditor is universal, the same copy will run natively on all of your iOS devices.
