Apple Won't Tell You, But Steve Jobs' Lost Interview Available Now In iTunes

July 3, 2012
In 1995, Robert X. Cringely interviewed Steve Jobs, then the head of NeXT. That entire “lost interview” is now available for rental in iTunes and through YouTube. Originally part of the PBS documentary, “Triumph of the Nerds,” Jobs’ interview lasted 70 minutes. However, only 10 of those minutes made it to broadcast. Now that entire interview is available in Apple’s iTunes Store. However, don’t expect to see a link for it on the front page of iTunes, or under the site’s New and Noteworthy section for movies. According to Cringely, Apple has deemed the film “too controversial” and won’t promote it. Check out this teaser:   The $3.99 rental is available here in iTunes and here on YouTube.
