Making stories out of different sources on the Web right on your iPad is now much easier, thanks to the latest update that has just arrived for Storify for iPad. Storify for iPad is, of course, the official iPad app of Storify. Storify lets you create coherent stories across various topics using various social media sources. Apart from letting you add your own text in order to provide context to a story, Storify lets you add photos, videos, and updates from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. What’s more, it offers a simple drag-and-drop mechanism for adding items to your story. And now, Storify for iPad lets you drag and drop items from your StoryPad. In case you’re not familiar with it, StoryPad is a tool that works with the Storify desktop bookmarklet to allow you to collect items to be added later to your stories. Think of it as Instapaper for Storify. The latest version of Storify for iPad gives you access to your StoryPad. And in keeping with Storify’s signature gesture, you can drag items from your StoryPad and drop them straight into your story. In addition, Storify for iPad now lets you drag images from the built-in Web browser directly into your story. Just tap and hold on an image to pull it out of the browser and you’re good to go. The new version of Storify for iPad is available now in the App Store for free.
