The acclaimed indie sandbox adventure game Terraria has finally crafted, constructed, and combated its way toward iOS. Originally released for PCs in 2011, Terraria was launched on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade late last March. And now, after being announced for a summer 2013 release on iOS late last May, the game has been made available in the App Store. Commonly described as basically Minecraft in 2-D, Terraria is a side-scrolling action-adventure game that has you doing some exploring, crafting, constructing, and combating through randomly generated 2-D environments. Optimized with touch controls and new tutorials, Terraria for iOS is said to have been "crafted for the BEST possible mobile experience" and has the following key features:
