Share Both Sides Of The Story With Semi-Selfie Photo-Sharing App Frontback

Exactly two weeks after its launch, Frontback has received its first update, which brings not one, not two, but several improvements. Frontback couldn't have been given a more appropriate name, unless, of course, it were named App That Lets You Take A Photo With The Front Camera And Another With The Back Camera And Lets You Share Them Both In A Single Image. Because, indeed, that's what Frontback is specially designed to do. Frontback creator Fred della Faille succinctly put the idea of the app thus: "Your face is the caption." But if you prefer to accompany your Frontback semi-selfies with good old text captions, you can now do so, thanks to the app's first update. In the new version of Frontback, the sharing screen for an image now includes a caption box for you to optionally write on. This is in addition to the options to add a geotag, tag your friends, share to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, and save the image to your device's library. Speaking of the latter option, the update also adds the ability to save images to the library even without an Internet connection. For some reason, Frontback's initial version could save images to the library only when online. Furthermore, the first Frontback update brings the following improvements:

Increased upload timeout for slow connections

Added a Forgot password link in the login screen

Optimized feed scrolling performance

Several bug fixes & improvements

The new version of Frontback is available now in the App Store for free. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later.
