If You’re Getting Ready To Buy An iPad, Check Out Apple’s Refurbished Models First

October 23, 2013
Apple has finally announced a brand new lineup of iPads for 2014, but it may be in your best interest to check out other options if you don’t need to latest and greatest. As 9to5Mac mentions, the refurbished section on Apple’s online store is a great place to start. Shortly after the announcement of the iPad mini with Retina Display, Apple dropped the price of 2012’s refurbished iPad mini models. Currently, you can pick up a refurbished 16GB Wi-Fi iPad mini for only $249. There’s also a refurbished 32GB Wi-Fi model for $339. Aside from those great deals, you can also scoop up a refurbished 16GB Wi-Fi fourth generation iPad for $379. That’s $20 cheaper than a new iPad 2. There's also a 32GB Wi-Fi model available for $449. The bottom line is, if you’re not interested in the latest and greatest technology from Apple, the 2012 iPad mini and fourth generation iPad are still very capable devices. You'll get the same warranty as a new model, an identical return policy, the ability to purchase Apple Care Plus, but you’ll also save a decent amount of cash. If you’d like to take a look at Apple’s refurbished iPad mini models, you can find them using this link. Alternatively, the fourth generation models are available here.
