Last March, Chillingo decided to pull the then just-released Scuba Diver Adventures: Beyond The Depths from the App Store "over sensitivities surrounding the missing MH370 Malaysia Airlines plane." Well, the game publisher has now relaunched the watery title.
Developed by Biart Company, the newly resurfaced game challenges you to embark on an aquatic adventure as you explore the ocean depths:
Travel across the globe from Thailand to the Bahamas as a top deep-sea diver who is reluctantly jumping back in the water. Scuba Diver Adventures is a gorgeous taste of the life of a Scuba diver! You play as Nicole, an amazing diver with a sense of adventure! Help her uncover the incredible mystery of a sunken treasure with the help of her old partner, Eddie.If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. As an underwater treasure hunter, you have to collect coins, pearls, and other valuables using the game's touch-screen controls or integration with an external controller. Using the special underwater camera, you also have to snap pictures of the aquatic creatures, with better pictures earning you more experience and money. You can also show off your submarine photos with your friends via Facebook. Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, Scuba Diver Adventures: Beyond The Depths is available now in the App Store for free.
