After five beta versions, Apple has just officially released iOS 9.1 to the general public. The software can be downloaded now over-the-air or through iTunes.

Emoji fans will be pleased to see that the software now includes more than 150 new characters including taco, burrito, hot dog, and even a middle finger.

Live Photos on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are now smarter. It will intelligently sense when you raise or lower your iPhone so those movements won’t be recorded.

The software also brings compatibility for the fourth-generation Apple TV and iPad Pro. Apple has already announced that the streaming set-top box will be placed on sale next week. The iPad Pro is still scheduled to arrive sometime next month.

We’ll let you know if we find any new changes in this version of iOS.
