Vine fans can get even more creative with their looping videos. The social network announced today that users can now easily remix audio from other Vines.

You’ll want to tap “…” under any Vine and then select “Make an audio remix.” That will activate the camera with the audio ready to use. Simply record or import a video to finish making the Vine.

Here’s a quick Vine that shows exactly how to start a remix.

Users can now also discover the specific Vine that uses the same audio clip or song. When someone uses the remix tool, the app will show the source information. To see the specific source, tap the music note under the video and then select the arrow that points to the right.

Finally, song metadata has been added as an input to Search. When users search for a song, they’ll see all the Vines that use the track.

The Vine app is designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. You won’t need to download an app update.
