Shadow Vamp ($0.99 → Free, 164.2 MB): Help a vampire reach his dark resting place after feeding for far too long in this fun and challenging puzzler. It mixes the puzzle and stealth game genres perfectly.

Dawn has arrived, blasting harmful sun rays down towards the nocturnal creature. But the sun is still low, allowing large shadows to stretch across the ground and structures, providing a viable path back to your crypt. As you cautiously travel down quiet streets, you must utilize a magic amulet to spin the island and create seamless routes of darkness. The game includes wonderful 3-D graphics, an eerie soundtrack, 48 levels spanning four stages, six variously skilled vampires unlocked by collecting coins, iCloud support, and leaderboards via Game Center.

Cameraxis is a graphic designer’s dream come true. It allows you to import any photo from your library, take a new photo from within the app, import content from social networks, or utilize pre-designed patterns and backgrounds. Whatever content you choose can be cropped down to size manually or automatically. Cameraxis then allows you to adjust the properties of your photos in a wide variety of ways, and apply hundreds of different artistic designs, text, and filters.

The objective is to connect all of the numbers in ascending order without touching the lines you’ve already created. The process of doing so, however, requires a deft hand and a little strategy. Make sure to utilize the viewfinder in the top left corner of the screen, otherwise you won’t stand a chance. The game includes an unlimited number of randomly generated levels, adaptive difficulty levels, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.

Skill Game is available for free for a limited time. It has a 4.5-star rating with a total of 320 ratings.

Blackthorn Castle ($1.99 → Free, 94.8 MB): Go out in search of lost treasure in Blackthorn Castle. It’s for fans of classic point and click adventure games.

Uncle Henry is back at it again. This time he needs you and your newly acquired archeology skills to help him track down a mysterious artifact known to be hidden in the Castle Blackthorn in England. To find the long lost treasure you must pick the correct paths, solve puzzles, and search through old structures with just a tap. A built-in hint system will assist you when you’re stuck, and a dynamic map will ensure you won’t simply go running around in circles.

Blackthorn Castle is available for free for a limited time. It has a 5-star rating with a total of 283 ratings.
