Pixel Art has everything you need to create something totally unique. The canvas can be up to 256 pixels in size and can take on irregular shapes; it doesn’t have to be square. In terms of tools, Pixel Art features a marker, line tool, circle tool, fill bucket, color dropper, and eraser. It also allows you to create editable layers, cut and copy regions, flip horizontally or vertically, and undo and redo on a per layer basis. Your creations can be exported as a tile map, PNG, or GIF.

Youpendo focuses on connections rather than instant gratification. It does away with the usual impersonal wall of scrollable content and instead allows you to send and catch paper airplanes. The airplanes act as content vessels. You’re able to catch random airplanes, open them up to see what’s inside, and either like or respond to the user’s content. When creating your own paper airplane, you’re able to gain inspiration from an expert-approved list. The app also includes a built-in photo and video editor, the ability to follow other users, and the ability to revisit content you’ve shared.

Recur couldn’t possibly be any easier to use or more useful. For each event you add you’ll see how many minutes, seconds, days, weeks, and months have gone by since the last time you’ve participated in it. If you find yourself participating in the event again, swipe left to right to reset the timer and add to the count. You’re also able to view a running history of all of the times the you’ve participated in the event, set a reminder to do it again, and edit it.
