PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO GIVE THE APP PERMISSION TO ACCESS YOUR CAMERA AND PHOTO’S WHEN IT PROMPTS YOU.

The Giant Adventure is an exclusive app to be used at The Alnwick Garden in Northumberland.

You will need to download the free Giant Adventure app. in advance of your visit, or as you arrive at Admissions.

From the moment you arrive in our car park your Giant Adventure starts.

Access the app. and watch out for Mr Giants footprints, head over to The Treehouse to see the cheeky animals that need feeding, then up to the giant watering can outside of the Roots and Shoots Garden. Can you help water the plants?

Once you’ve purchased a ticket from Admissions (or ordered in advance from www.alnwickgarden.com) make your way into The Garden.

Grab a Giant Adventure trail card from Admissions and follow the self-led trail to see the new Giant installations around The Garden.

As you walk around The Garden following the Giant Adventure trail you’ll have great opportunities to bring the 3D augmented reality character animations to life, and you can take fun photo’s alongside them.

The photos are saved to your device’s gallery, from which they can shared via social media. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #giantadventure

When you’ve completed the trail, taken and posted your photo’s on social media don’t forget to pop into the Yurt (next to the Poison Garden) to grab your Giant Adventure badge!
