- Management needs information to track the business growth, challenges and ongoing issues to make correct decisions.
This is what exactly Prod . BI Dashboard does, Prod. BI Dashboard shows business and operational KPI'S in very intuitive & graphical format which is easier to understand and use.

Currently it has Billing, Revenue, Operations, System Health and some of the other KPI'S like subscribers, activations, order fallout etc.
It supports 180 standard KPIs which is part of core product and new KPIs can be designed as per account requirements.
Design of this application gives us flexibility to integrate new features and add/remove KPIs for each account.
