Careforia was born out of the idea that care and support shouldn’t stop once you leave the medical centre or hospital. In fact, you should be able to receive on-going care and guidance where it matters most – in your own home.
Careforia presents, Jesse, your own virtual Health Coach! Jesse brings you relevant information, personal health care plans, educational programs, practical assessments, access to expert messaging advice, and teleconsultations.
How Does Careforia Work?
Upon selecting your module, Jesse will guide you to improve your well-being and general health. Many health conditions can improve with a consistent application of lifestyle changes. However, it’s hard to achieve, without everyday support and guidance. Jesse helps you to manage your condition and guide you to your best possible lifestyle.

Jesse suggests and provides educational material, videos, programs, exercises, and courses.
Jesse will also remind you to record your symptoms, answer questions, or write notes in your personal journal. Everything you do, together with Jesse, helps improve your wellness journey and well-being.
