物流企业通过中国移动客户经理开通该业务后，可通过“快递易”管理平台自行管理企业成员（快递员）、为企业成员设置固话副号，授权企业成员登录“快递易”客户端APP，使用语音呼叫、语音通知、短信通知等功能，产生的业务资费由集团企业进行统付。
