用章审批
用章申请表-指的是仅需盖章的普通文件,如(工作证明)
用章预约-是指材料内容中需要领导签字或加盖人名章的用章申请,如(合同文件)
用车审批
普通用户提交申请首先需要经过所在部门领导审核,审核通过后还需二级办公室领导审核并派车派司机,如果是公司外部用车还需经过三级领导审批。
司机一键还车
收到派车订单 联系用车人确认上车地点 送到目的后进入该订单详细信息里面输入结束后公里数进行一键还车
