FeelSafe App

The FeelSafe app is designed for Corporations, Companies, Businesses, with a number of employees and a clear workplace structure, that require Safety Culture Surveying of their employees and or contractors.

The app is aimed at employees of the companies that have engaged The Guinea Group (FeelSafe App) as a contractor, and actively collects results of pre-determine surveys, that help point out key areas of the workplace that need improving. These key areas are:
What the organisational culture is (based on the Hudson safety culture ladder).
How the workforce feels about safety.
What leaders can do to improve engagement
The strategies that need to be considered to improve culture and climate.
The organisational barriers to safety excellence.

The FeelSafe Surveys are based on leading research and the measure five keys areas , to determine an organisation’s level and commitment to safety culture and climate:

Employee Engagement: Are workers engaged in the safety process, and do they feel able to report incidents, without the fear of blame?
Situational Safety: Are the system, procedures, equipment and the training adequate and do they support the safety vision?
Communication: Is communication open, honest and based on a willingness to contribute, to challenge the norms and to capture improvement ideas?
Leadership: Do leaders support their teams to take ownership of the safety process?
Psychological safety: Do your employees actually feel safe at work and in your workplace?

The FeelSafe app is to be used in conjunction with the FeelSafe Survey platform. Usage of the app is for the employees of the company/business to answer surveys assigned to them, and is freely available for download, however the app is not useful to the general public, and is to be used in conjunction with a predetermined company account.
