Himnark Workplace

Workplace is an employee self-service application that allows employees easily join the human resources management system, used by their employers.
It lets employees know about the details of salary calculation, see the number of available vacation days, apply for vacations, or report illness. The main functions are:
- Wage calculation details
- Available vacation days
- Vacation application
- Available days of absences
- Apply for absence
- Submit an application for vacation
- See contract terms

Workplace allows employees to perform work activities that would otherwise be handled by management or administrative team. It eliminates paperwork and unnecessary telephone conversations with staff and accounting departments. As a result of minimal training, employees can have access to their work data, to the staff and accounting departments, to allow them to carry out their work more efficiently
