Being IN YOUR 20 is a state of being and a call to be physically and mentally grounded, clear minded and solution focused in the present moment, through conscious breathwork. When you breathe deeply with intention, you create the space needed to heal, calm, and absolve undesirable behaviours. Our mission is to provide a clear path for people to heal, grow and thrive; By reconnecting mind to body from within, and soul to soul, one meaningful connection at a time.

IN YOUR 20 is the first true 'Connection App'. While experiencing a ‘Live Session’, you'll share 20 conscious breaths with another person, shifting your physiology from an acidotic state to an alkaline state, energizing your body, bringing your mind into the present moment; While safely holding space for one another, creating meaningful human connections throughout the world. If you both wish to connect further after the shared ‘Live Session’, they will appear in your ‘Connections’ tab where you can chat with them.

IN YOUR 20 is free to download and one ‘Live Session’ is provided free to you once you have watched the introduction video in full. To be familiar and comfortable with our app’s vibe and have the best ‘Live Session’ experience, in the ‘Links’ tab please watch the recordings (Tutorials) of the 2 available ‘Live Session’ guided meditations: 20 Breaths to Connect and 20 Breaths to Uplift. If you need more sessions, tap ‘Need More Sessions?’ on the ‘Main’ tab watching an ad to receive a free session. Or you can purchase bundled sessions at a discount rate instead of watching the ad, totally your choice. Prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice.
