The inventor John Christensen back in 2001 invented what he came to call the IT-Key to the Written Language, to the benefit of people with dyslexia, bilingual people but most importantly all children starting in school.

Zooming in on dyslexia alone. Over 700.000.000 people across the world could potentially benefit with this app installed on they device.

Here's why:

The letters that we use when we write and communicate are lowercase letters. From the moment we are born, the symbol for lowercase letters will be the one we are most often confronted with in comparison to capital letters.

In this fact a problem appears, as it is quite a challenge and often a steep learning curve using digital communication tools, when pressing the key symbolizing capital H on any keyboard ad a completely different symbol appears - the lowercase h.

John Christensen realised this problem when he discovered his daughter having difficulties comprehending the written language using her computer. John therefore added lowercase letters to the capital letters on her keyboard - now both symbols were represented on the keys!

This small change to the keyboard has proven to have a huge impact on how easy people with dyslexia, bilingual people and all children starting in school locate the correct letters on the keyboard.

The visualized and informal learning experience that this keyboard produce, give people the opportunity to comprehend and apply the written language far earlier in the learning process in writing and reading.

The side benefit has proven to be motivation for learning and easy access to knowledge.

But don't take our word for it. Download the app and experience the awesome results yourself, your children and people you know are struggling learning to read and write.
