MultiSight Installer

MultiSight’s Installer app supports the installation and configuration of MultiSight gateways and cameras.

The Installer app is part of the MultiSight video service, which serves businesses with multiple locations (retail, restaurants, convenience stores). The app provides a simple, step by step workflow, allowing the MultiSight technician to install, configure and correctly position cameras within a store.

Features:

* Add a new gateway to a customer site
* Edit the site name, time zone, and geographic location
* Assign cameras to that gateway
* Edit the camera names
* Position the cameras to capture the fields of interest to the customer
* Capture snapshots, allowing customers and support staff to confirm that cameras are placed correctly.
