MyBnk – Family Money Skills

Break the money taboo and bring financial education to the kitchen table with a series of games, tools and tricks to get the whole family budgeting, saving and understanding their habits.

Aimed at 5-11 year olds, nine pathways help improve skills and behaviours through videos, virtual shopping, back-to-school tasks and storytelling, as well as ‘demotivators’ that highlights excessive spending. Covering topics such as interest, debt, risk and banking, the app helps families work together to enhance their understanding around personal finance and encourage positive mindsets.

Designed by experts and young people at the UK charity MyBnk. Part of the KickStart Money project, this programme has been independently evaluated and proven to improve savings, and curb spending.
