When our customers are ready to buy a house, they know that the Padx.com app and platform will pay them 50% of OUR commission on ANY house on the MLS (California Only)! Most home search sites never pay a commission to a Buyer. Padx.com buyers receive an average of $6,250 - $20,000 in TAX FREE refunds.
