PRODA Code Generator

The Provider Digital Access (PRODA) Code Generator will generate a verification code to offer additional security when logging into your Department of Human Services (DHS) Provider Digital Access account.

First you must create a PRODA account (humanservices.gov.au/proda). Once you have created your PRODA account you will need to link the app to it. To link the app enter your PRODA username and password in the app when prompted. You may then create an optional 4 digit pin to restrict access to the PRODA Code Generator

Once set-up, each time you open the app it will generate a unique 6 digit code. You can then use this code along with your username and password to securely login to your PRODA account.

You will need to be able to access this app on your smart device each time you attempt to login to your PRODA account. You do not require network or cellular connection to generate a code via the app.
