1. Guided Meditation Studio--Let's face it: meditation can be daunting at first glance. However, Saplings' Meditation Studio breaks mindfulness down into bite-sized, interactive steps, guiding users through breathing exercises, wellness checkpoints, and of course, meditation.

2. The Mindfulness Game--An interactive and engaging game that makes improving concentration fun--actually! Focus on a circle as it it expands and contracts, and tap at the start of each new cycle. Sounds easy? The Accelerated Mode will certainly challenge you, as you focus on the circle at an extra-fast speed.

3. Guided Journaling--Express your thoughts with the Journaling feature. A guided journaling option gives you prompts and inspiration, or you can always just free-write about what comes to your mind. You can save, edit, and view your entries by date later, or if you would like to rant and have your writing to disappear (the equivalent of a digital shredder), the clear entry feature will do so.

4. Resources--Find resources that will help you to cultivate happiness and support your mental health, no matter your needs and desires.
