In some programs, you can chat with a specialized health coach. Your coach will help you gain better control of your health. They assist you in setting goals and staying motivated to reach them.

MINDFULNESS
Sidekick's programs teach you all about the mind-body connection. Get tips and info on adding mindful habits to your daily life. Doing so can set you on the path to lowering stress and symptoms of anxiety and depression.

SMALL IMPROVEMENTS EVERY DAY
Every day, you’ll see new tasks on your Sidekick home screen. These are designed to teach you about your health and help you set goals to improve your well-being. Of course, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health! That’s why you can choose which topics to deep dive into. Sidekick offers daily lessons and tasks about fatigue, mental health, sleep, nutrition, and physical activity.

SLEEP HYGIENE
